The guesthouse feels more like converted rooms in an older building with shared space, leading to noise from foot traffic. There was also visible mold in the shower, insufficient bedding with flat pillow shams, and a hairdryer that malfunctioned shortly after use, which detracted from the overall experience.

The location couldn't be better for anyone wanting to

explore Rome as it puts you steps away from major attractions like the Spanish Steps. The rooms were quite modern and clean, but the noise levels from the hallway and neighboring rooms were a bit disruptive, making sleep challenging. Daily housekeeping was a plus, ensuring cleanliness throughout our stay.

The dining scene nearby was a highlight! We hit up Giolitti for the best gelato—an absolute must! Also, the location was perfect. just a 2-minute stroll gets you to both Piazza di Spagna and several fantastic restaurants like Hamasei and Bar Gambero nearby. Plus, the daily cleaning kept our room fresh, which was nice.

The staff’s kindness was a highlight, especially when assisting with luggage and providing local dining suggestions. While room size posed a challenge for larger bags, the thorough daily cleaning and great shower pressure made up for it. The noise levels, however, could be bothersome at times.

The location was amazing for my family with small kids. It was so close to the Spanish Steps and some family-friendly gelato spots. We appreciated the cleaning services, which kept everything fresh during our three nights here.

My wife says that it would be great to have a play area for the kids.

The room was comfortable and well-equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, and complimentary toiletries. It even had a flat-screen TV to enjoy after a day of exploring!

The room was consistently clean, with daily housekeeping ensuring fresh towels and tidiness, and the ambiance was enhanced by the availability of home-made Majorcan products for a delightful start to the day. However, the noisy environment from neighboring areas and shared spaces made it challenging to rest peacefully, and the limited elevator size was somewhat inconvenient during busy check-out times.
